We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour departure. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. In case of bad weather or sea conditions, we will reschedule your tour at no extra charge.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a light jacket or windbreaker, and a camera. Swimwear is a must if you plan to swim at the grottos and coves along the coast. Snorkeling gear is provided on request.
All our tours depart from Spiaggia Grande di Positano (Positano Main Beach). We also offer pick-up from Praiano, Amalfi, and other nearby locations upon request. Please confirm your departure point at the time of booking.
Yes, there are several paid parking areas in Positano. We recommend arriving early as parking can be limited in peak season (June–September). Alternatively, you can use local buses from Amalfi or Sorrento.
Our main season runs from April 15 to October 20. Tours outside this period are available on request depending on weather conditions. Contact us for availability.
Yes, children are welcome on all our private tours. Life jackets of all sizes are available on board. For very young children, we recommend calm sea days — we will always advise you based on the forecast.
Safety is our top priority. If sea or weather conditions are not suitable for a safe experience, we will contact you in advance to reschedule your tour at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for weather rescheduling — we simply find a new date that works for you.
