Cruise Toward Conca dei Marini and Furore

Turning west out of Amalfi takes you along one of the most spectacular stretches of the entire coast. Within a short cruise you reach Capo di Conca, the pretty inlet of Conca dei Marini and, a little farther on, the celebrated Fjord of Furore.

Natural highlights in quick succession

This section of coastline is defined by sheer cliffs, hidden inlets and clear, deep water. The Fjord of Furore, where a slender bridge spans a narrow cleft in the rock, is one of the most photographed natural features of the coast and is best appreciated from directly below, at sea level.

The exact stops depend on the sea and the time you have, but this westbound route packs several highlights into a compact area. A local skipper knows where to pause for photos and where the water is calm enough for a swim.
